Our history

2002

Vkalp begins life as an organization providing business process outsourcing in human resources & professional training services.

2002 - 2004

Created 45 batches and imparted BPO training to over 1000 candidates.

Placed trained candidates in various national and international BPO organizations.

Became the largest partner of Genpact Jaipur helping it grow by providing nearly 20% of its manpower.

2005 - 2008

2004- Launched Vkalp BPO services – a 30 seat call center with an Australian process.

Grew to 100+ seats with various national and multinational processes.

2009 - 2013

Grew in domestic telecom BPO services with clients like Airtel, Idea, Aircel & MTS.

Bagged processes in other segments like e-Commerce, Healthcare & Media Sales working with clients like IndiaMart, CarDekho, Getit, NamasteDoc, Authbridge, Piramal etc.

Grew to 500+ seats organization working with multiple domestic and multinational businesses.

Extensive experience in Inbound and Outbound processes.

2013-2020

Bagged process in various sectors like finance, telecom, automobile, business listing etc.

Grew to 1000+ seats organization working with multiple domestic and multinational businesses.

Hiring nearly 100 people on average per month!
